This book is an awesome reference tool

This book is an awesome reference tool. HOWEVER, I was looking forward to the CD so I did not have ANOTHER book to carry with me. I was pretty disappointed that the CD only contained references for the reference book!

The CD of references that comes in the book breaks the spine

This book has good content so far, but the disorders are organized by type, which can be confusing. Also, each page should say what the disorder is, a lot of time is wasted going back and forth trying to figure out what you are reading about. The worst thing is that it ships wrapped in plastic with a CD of references in the middle which breaks the spine and the pages are already falling out (less than three months old).
